The Institute of Corporate Governance is an internationally recognized and national professional body with its headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. We have global membership.
Fellow: A full member or non-member who has distinguished himself in his chosen career and has made a substantial contribution to the promotion of sound corporate governance. It is either by application or nomination.
Corporate membership: Corporate membership is conferred on corporate organisations that have made substantial contribution to the institute as well as the promotion of corporate governance. It is either by application or nomination.
Research fellow: Research fellow is conferred on members or non-members that have made substantial contributions to research and development of corporate governance. It is either by nomination or application.
Associate Fellow: Associate fellow is conferred on members or non-members that have made substantial contributions to research and development of corporate governance. It is either by nomination or application.
Full membership: conferred on members or non-members that have acquired at least Bachelor’s degree/HND/Professional qualifications or its equivalent and some years of cognate experience. It is by application only.
Associate membership: conferred on members or non-members that acquired at least Bachelor’s degree/HND/professional qualifications or its equivalent. It is by application only.
Licentiate Membership: conferred on members that have acquired OND/NCE or equivalent.
Student membership: conferred members that have registered for the professional exams.
